Hello and welcome!
I’m guessing the fact that you are reading this means that you’ve stumbled across my site and that you’ve come for a bit of a closer look. I thank you for your company! You may even be an early subscriber to my new website. Congratulations, I am one too!
Or you might be wondering what this ’10 Women’ malarkey is all about. You are in the right place. The details are below.
Before I started to write this post, something occurred to me when I woke up today.
There really is nothing worse than the ‘here we go again’ feeling first thing in the morning. Another day to try and do something that just doesn’t seem to be working out. Another day of trucking up for the same job that we should have left years ago. Another day following someone else’s agenda. Playing small and doing stuff for others.
Because it sometimes seems like everyone has it all together and that we are the only ones that are struggling for a bit of direction.
I’ll let you into a secret.
I don’t have it all together and I’m glad that I don’t. It’s all well and good sailing along and telling everyone ‘yep I’m great’, ‘everything is good’ but what’s to be gained from that.
I’d just be another person soldiering on bleating the usual ‘busy’, ‘no time’ rhetoric that I get sick and tired of hearing.
I’m a bit more realistic about life and as much as I was brought up in the generation of needing to have the stiff upper lip of telling people that 'you're fine' and not saying what you really feel, I’ve checked out.
Being honest about stuff in not a weakness. Hiding behind your excuses and the ‘I’m OK’ facade feels like one though.
Because sometimes we aren’t OK and things aren’t going as we would like. That doesn’t mean we are depressed or anxious, it just means that we are ready to up our game a bit.
I'm not talking about 'poor me' stories that get the 'are you OK hun?' response, I am talking about really taking action and upping your game yourself. Because no one can do that for you.
I’m all for that. Facing stuff and changing perspectives. Challenging the norm and trying things again in a different way when they don’t work first, second or first time. I’m also a coach and I’m used to helping others to do this. But more importantly I do it for myself.
Because I’m not prepared to settle for that awful morning feeling anymore.
So, without further ado, let me tell you about the Get out of Your Own Way online coaching programme.
Who is it for?
I am looking for a maximum of 10 women.
10 women that want to work with me as their coach alongside a group of other like-minded women who are ready to get out of their own way.
10 women that are fed up with handing the moon on a stick to others and never doing anything for themselves.
10 women who a ready to commit now and get started in January.
How will it work?
This is an online programme. It will take place inside a private Facebook group.
You will receive my help through coaching within the group to become clear about what you want to achieve via video, prompts and challenges. We will look at what is holding you back and what you can do to start moving towards making choices, taking action and getting things done. It’s a great way to experience coaching whilst being empowered by seeing what others are doing in a safe and comfortable space.
I will be available in the group to answer questions as you progress through the programme.
You can dip into the group at your convenience. No need to step out into the cold for this one. If you miss the live video, you can catch up on replay.
When does it start?
Doors to the group will open on the weekend of 11 January 2020. The programme will start on Monday 13th January and finish on Friday 7 February.
What is it going to cost me?
I’m glad that you have asked! I have set this group at a very affordable price and I only want women that will show up and get stuck in. The cost is £99 for the 4 week programme.
How do I sign up and pay?
Please drop me an email via the contact details below or email@example.com.
This is not for you if :
You prefer 1:1 coaching (please contact me separately for further details on 1:1 sessions)

If you have any questions about the programme, please do drop me a quick message. There is never any harm in asking.
In fact, I’m always open to questions, thoughts and ideas so fill your boots and drop me an email if something resonates.
